The Home Selling Process

  1. Once enrolled, our program consultant will contact you, the seller, to learn more about your home including location, condition and other salient points of interest. Our consultant will identify the REALTOR best matched to your needs, based on a proven history of successful sales in that market and excellent customer evaluations.

  2. The REALTOR will contact you, visit your home and prepare a Customer Market Analysis (CMA). This CMA is a comprehensive report that will compare your home to other similar homes in the area and will help you to establish the listing price as well as understand the most likely sales price.

  3. Once a listing agreement is signed, the REALTOR will aggressively market your home locally, nationally and internationally, including professional photography and video. The agent will oversee all buyer appointments and provide feedback to you, the seller.

  4. We also require that all buyer offers provide a pre-qualification letter to prove financing and ensure a successful under contract process. 

  5. The REALTOR will negotiate all purchase offers, upon consultation and customer agreement, to achieve the best sales price for your home.
