The Home Buying Process

  1. Once enrolled, your personal program consultant will be the central point of contact. The consultant will immediately contact the employee and identify your specific needs and desired area(s). Our consultants have access to local and national real estate agents and will select a REALTOR for you based on their expertise and knowledge.

  2. The assigned REALTOR will provide you with information on the mortgage prequalification process. Today’s real estate market is fast paced and our expert agent’s guidance through the mortgage process will expedite the process.

  3. Once the purchase price range is established, your REALTOR will work to identify homes that meet the desired criteria. They will provide you  with detailed insights on comparable listings and sales and will be your Buyer Agency Representation. Their knowledge is critical at the negotiation/offer phase and they will work diligently to help you buy the home at the best price. They will continue representing you throughout the course of the home purchase and closing.

  4. If you are new to the area, our agent will introduce you to the new location including local resources and community amenities.

  5. The REALTOR will attend the closing with you to ensure the process is seamless and complete.
